Joint distribution is an important way to solve the small batch distribution in rural logistics.The key to the stable development of joint distribution is to choose the proper operation mode.With the development of digitali-zation,virtual organization of logistics has become a new direction of rural logistics joint distribution operation coop-eration.Therefore,this paper discusses the mechanism and suggestions to promote the comprehensive cooperation between the relevant parties of joint distribution,and provides a theoretical basis for the cooperation between the par-ties of joint distribution.The results show that whether the government participates in the supervision of joint distri-bution depends on the social benefits of participation.Reasonable reward and punishment restraint system,lower cost input and higher income return are conducive to the stability of the organization.
