Research On the Evaluation and Analysis of the Health Needs of Public Space in Lanzhou's Old Settlements Based on the Kano Model
Based on the Kano model,the article takes the public space of old settlements as the research object,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation and analysis research on the current situation of the public space of old settlements and its health demand in the four districts of the main city of Lanzhou are conducted,and an evaluation index system with 21 indexes in the three major dimensions of physiologi-cal health,mental health,and social health was established.The Kano model is used to analyze the demand attributes of the indicators that affect the satisfaction of health demand in public space,and the sensitivity of each indicator is calculated and prioritized through Better-Worse coefficient clustering analysis,so as to accurately determine the focu-ses of optimization and renovation design of the public space in the old settlements,and the results are expected to provide important references for the planning and designers of the settlements and at the same time to provide a basis for decision-making by the policy makers.The results are expected to provide important references for settlement planners and designers,as well as a basis for policy makers.
