影响大学生身体健康的手机使用行为调查与分析

摘要
文章通过随机抽取某校大学生进行问卷调查。探索发现大学生日常不良的手机使用行为及其影响身体健康的途径。结果显示：大学生对智能手机的使用已经成为一种行为习惯；绝大多数的被调查者在日常的生活中都存在有不良的手机使用行为；手机对身体健康造成的危害绝大多数是可以避免的。
Abstract
In this paper, making random questionnaire survey on college students to explore the poor daily behavior of college students on using mobile phone and the ways to influence health. The results show that the use of mobile phones has become a kind of behavior habits, and the vast majority of respondents have had a bad behavior in daily life. But most of the harm caused by mobile phones can be avoided.
