摘要

随着中高职衔接教育模式在国内的大规模推广,中高职衔接学生正在逐步成为高职院校重要的生源之一.在以职业技能教育为核心的高职院校,文化素养培养教育受到不同程度的制约,导致针对中高职衔接生源群体开展文化素质培养工作遇到一定的阻力.文章从课程设置、校校合作、教师团队建设、校园文化建设等四个方面入手,对提升中高职衔接学生文化素养策略进行探究.
