Research on the Cultivation of High Quality Talents in Vocational Undergraduate Education from the Perspective of the Dual Integration of Industry-Education and Innovation
The dual integration of"production,education,and innovation"is the key to the cultivation of high-quality talents for vocational undergraduates.Based on this,the requirements for talent training are positioned at cultivating practical,professional and innovative talents.The framework establishes the core concept of talent training that is market-oriented,student-centered,based on practice,highlighting characteristics,strengthening innovation,and focusing on quality.The content requires the organic integration of macro-theoretical and micro-practice frameworks,from the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the integration of production and education,to strengthening industry-university cooperation,deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovating teaching content and methods,strengthening the design of student practice links,and strengthening disciplines.Construction,promotion of talent training model innovation,and establishment of quality assurance system are explored in seven aspects,and the future development is prospected.
