摘要
随着本科层次职业教育的全面推进,为了更好地落地本科层次职业教育,需要高职院校青年教师不断提升科研能力.从职业院校教师科研能力提升的意义出发,分析当前高职院校青年教师科研存在的问题和困境,提出建立科研班级、加大科研投入、加强人才引进、完善科研制度和深化校企合作5个方面的应对措施,为高职院校青年教师科研能力提升提供合理途径.
Abstract
With the comprehensive promotion of undergraduate vocational education,in order to better implement undergraduate vocational education,it is necessary for young teachers in vocational colleges to continuously improve their research abilities.Starting from the significance of enhancing the scientific research ability of vocational college teachers,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the scientific research of young teachers in vocational colleges,and proposes five response measures:establishing scientific research classes,increasing scientific research investment,strengthening talent introduction,improving scientific research systems,and deepening school enterprise cooperation.This provides a reasonable way for the improvement of scientific research ability of young teachers in vocational colleges.
