The Application of Psychological Melodrama in the Course of College Students'Mental Health Education
By creating typical scenes and enriching the themes of psychological drama creation,this paper explores the strategies for applying psychological melodrama to college students'mental health education courses.Firstly,attach importance to the warm-up process and guide students to fully immerse themselves;Secondly,combining peer education and integrating self-education resources and strength;Thirdly,strengthen positive guidance and effectively leverage the leading role of teachers.These teaching strategies enable college students to master mental health knowledge and skills through immersive experiential learning in a psychological field of understanding and tolerance,promote teaching interaction between teachers and students,enhance their experience and feelings in mental health classrooms,think about the causes of psychological problems,find solutions to problems,and achieve physical and mental health and comprehensive development.
