摘要
在乡村振兴背景下,河南省黄河中下游的特殊地理区位和历史作用,决定了其在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展中的突出地位.结合河南省沿黄地域特色推进乡村发展新模式,再造黄河文化传承、生态保护与经济发展的三维价值,重构河南沿黄乡村区域共同体建设体系,保留沿黄乡村特色.探索乡村新型发展方法和融入路径,筑牢黄河保护屏障,创新文旅协同思路,加强顶层设计,谋划黄河文化传承体系,以更好地推动黄河流域的乡村振兴.
Abstract
In the new era,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has become increasingly important.Henan Province,located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,plays a pivotal role in ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin due to its unique geographical location and profound historical background.Based on the unique characteristics of the areas along the Yellow River in Henan Province,this paper proposes a new rural development model aimed at reshaping and promoting Yellow River culture,strengthening ecological protection,and driving economic development.By constructing a new construction system for the rural regional community along the Yellow River in Henan,preserving and highlighting the original style of the countryside,this paper also explores an innovative path for rural development to lay a solid foundation for promoting rural revitalization in the areas along the Yellow River in Henan and the coordinated development of the entire Yellow River basin,with the goal of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization in the Yellow River basin.
