协同理论视域下职业院校教师协作共同体建设研究

我国建成了全球规模最大的职业教育体系,如何构建适应时代需要的职业教育"双师型"教师队伍,成为职业教育高质量发展的重要命题.文章在产教融合背景下,基于协同理论视角,对教师协作共同体的建设进行了探究,提出教师协作共同体的"3+N"系统结构,以及通过"三协同"实现"共赢共享共商"发展关系,以期为新时期"双师型"教师队伍建设提供参考与借鉴.
Research on the Construction of Synergy Community in Vocational College Teachers from the Perspective of Synergy Theory
China has established the world's largest vocational education system.It is a important issue to discuss how to build a high quality double-quality teachers'team.Based on the perspective of Synergy theory,this paper makes a research about how to build the construction of synergy community in vocational college teachers under the background of integration between industry and education,and proposes the"3+N"system structure of synergy community in vocational college teachers and the development relationship of"win-win,sharing and consultation"through"three collaborations",in order to provide suggestions for development of double-quality teachers'team in the new era.
