Innovation and Practice of the Construction on Ideological and Political Curriculum based on the"Five Verticals,Five Horizontals,and One Platform"Quality Assurance System in Vocational Colleges
In the construction of ideological and political curriculum,the teaching quality assurance system is in an extremely important position.Through literature research,investigation,and other methods,this paper clarifies the logical relationship between the ideological and political construction of the curriculum and the teaching quality assurance system,and proposes a path to optimize the"Five Verticals,Five Horizontals and One Platform"quality assurance system.The quality assurance system control points are clarified from five levels of schools,teachers,majors,courses,and students("Five Horizontals"),and innovative means such as clarifying the division of functional departments through the"5W3H"analysis method,building a"1365"teacher development mechanism engine,and establishing a teaching quality standard model for courses(groups)based on the EFQM excellence model.At the same time,the digital platform enables the construction of five systems including decision-making command,resource construction,support services,quality generation,and supervision and control("Five Verticals"),realizing a spiral improvement in the quality of ideological and political construction of the curriculum,thereby improving the quality of professional talent training and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
