非物质文化遗产传承融入高职院校工匠精神教育路径研究
Research on the Path of Integrating Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance into Craftsman Spirit Education in Vocational Colleges

摘要
工匠精神作为一种职业精神,是职业品质的重要体现.非物质文化遗产是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其中的传统技艺凸显工匠品质,与工匠精神的内涵不谋而合.因此,非物质文化遗产传承融入高职院校工匠精神教育有着独特的价值.调查研究表明,当前非物质文化遗产传承融入高职院校工匠精神教育尚存在诸多问题.高职院校要从强化职业精神培训、实施现代学徒制、营造工匠文化氛围及丰富非物质文化遗产传承教育素材等方面进行优化,不断增强工匠精神教育教学效果.
Abstract
The spirit of craftsmanship,as a form of professional ethos,is an important embodiment of occupational quality.Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)is an integral part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the traditional skills within it not only highlight the qualities of craftsmen but also align closely with the essence of the spirit of craftsmanship.The paper points out that integrating the inheritance of ICH into the education of the spirit of craftsmanship in vocational colleges has its unique educational value.Research shows that currently,vocational colleges still face many challenges in the process of integrating the inheritance of ICH into the education of the spirit of craftsmanship.To enhance the effectiveness of education,vocational colleges need to optimize from multiple aspects:strengthening the professional literacy of the teaching staff,establishing specialized workshops,implementing modern apprenticeship systems,creating a distinctive campus cultural environment,and enriching the educational themes of diverse ICH.
