Research on Strategies for Enhancing Social Service Capability of Local Small and Micro Enterprises in Vocational Business Majors
Vocational education has garnered widespread attention due to its pivotal role in supporting economic and social development.Higher vocational colleges(HVCs)are not only tasked with the mission of cultivating highly skilled talents but also play a significant role in social services.HVCs should accurately position their role in the field of social services and proactively engage with local small and micro enterprises to provide customized services.This paper explores how HVCs can closely integrate regional characteristics and effectively utilize innovative tools such as"Internet Plus"to meet the actual needs of enterprises,focusing on three key directions:talent cultivation and placement,technical services,and support mechanism construction.It is recommended that HVCs establish diversified special working groups,continuously promote teaching reform and curriculum optimization,build innovative school-enterprise cooperation platforms,and establish a service output evaluation system to effectively enhance their ability to serve society.This will provide solid technical support and talent assurance for the transformation,upgrading,and technological innovation of local small and micro enterprises.
