劳动教育与专业课程教育是相辅相成的,劳动教育融入专业课教学是当前高职院校教学改革关注的焦点.文章分析了劳动教育融入机电类专业课教学的现实意义和现状问题,探讨劳动教育融入机电类专业课教学的实施路径,在专业课教学中强化劳动教育理论,营造"劳动光荣"的氛围;提升专业课教师的劳育能力,以"PLC应用技术"课程为例,对劳动教育融入机电类专业课的教学进行设计,优化教学内容,挖掘、提炼劳动教育元素,构建"三元"主体、"四维"多元素的教学评价体系,促进劳动育人和专业课程育人的协同发展,提升机电类专业学生的职业素养和劳动技能水平,实现"以劳立德、立德树人"的教育目标.
Exploration and Practice of Integrating Labor Education into the Teaching of Mechanical and Electrical Specialized Courses——Taking the Course of"PLC Application Technology"as an Example
Labor education and specialized course education complement each other,and integrating labor education into specialized course teaching has become a key focus of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the practical significance and existing issues of integrating labor education into the specialized course teaching of mechanical and electrical engineering majors,and explores the implementation paths.The paper also emphasizes strengthening labor education theory in specialized course teaching,creating an atmosphere of"glory in labor,"and enhancing the labor education abilities of specialized course teachers.Taking the"PLC Application Technology"course as an example,a scheme for integrating labor education into the specialized course teaching of mechanical and electrical engineering majors is designed,optimizing teaching content and excavating and refining labor education elements.A teaching evaluation system with a three-party main body and four-dimensional multi-elements is constructed to promote the coordinated development of labor education and specialized course education,enhance the professional quality and labor skills of students in mechanical and electrical engineering majors,and achieve the educational goal of"cultivating morality through labor and fostering virtuous individuals."
