摘要
文章在分析广西高职院校专业建设现状的基础上,分析了RCEP全面生效背景下高职院校专业建设面临的挑战,提出作为支撑产业高质量发展的高职院校应当主动作为,积极应对挑战,在专业设置、人才培养目标设置、课程与教学改革、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设、合作机制建设、产教融合等方面做出应对措施,支撑产业高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status of professional construction in Guangxi's vocational colleges.It then discusses the challenges faced by these institutions in the context of the full implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP).The paper highlights that as pivotal forces in promoting the high-quality development of industries,vocational colleges must take proactive measures to actively address these challenges.To this end,a range of strategies are proposed,including optimizing the structure of professional programs,clarifying talent cultivation objectives,updating the curriculum system,strengthening the teaching staff,establishing practical training bases,improving cooperative mechanisms,and deepening the integration of industry and education.These measures are designed to provide robust support for the high-quality development of industries.
