The Main Types,Realistic Dilemmas and Optimization Path of the Development of New Rural Collective Economy in the Western Region of China——Taking Guangxi S County as an Example
The new type of rural collective economy plays a vital role in advancing the rural revitalization strategy and achieving common prosperity.This paper takes the practice in County S of Guangxi as an example to identify and summarize five main development models of the new type of rural collective economy:resource development,industry revenue,shareholding and dividend,group development,and party-building leadership.The paper deeply analyzes the challenges faced by the western region of China in the development of the new type of rural collective economy,including cognitive biases among farmers,a weak sense of collectivism,unstandardized internal management,insufficient talent attraction,a singular economic development model,and difficulties in financing and resource allocation.In response to these issues,four development optimization strategies are proposed:firstly,to strengthen party-building leadership and foster the spirit of collectivism;secondly,to improve internal management and enhance talent support;thirdly,to encourage diversified development models to increase resource utilization efficiency;and lastly,to increase policy support to address development bottlenecks.These strategies aim to provide guidance for the sustainable development of the new type of rural collective economy in the western region of China.
