The Logical Basis,Value Implications and Practical Approach of Integrity Culture in Colleges and Universities in Empowering Teachers'Moral Development of Normal Students
Normal students,as the backbone of the future educational cause,their ideological and political quality and professional ethics are of vital importance to the development of national education.Integrity and clean governance are not only intrinsic requirements for the cultivation of teachers'ethics among normal students but also a key component of the construction of a clean and honest culture in universities.This paper explores the empowering role of university clean governance culture in the cultivation of teachers'ethics for normal students from three dimensions:theoretical logic,historical logic,and action logic.The paper points out that the symbols,resources,and practices of college clean governance culture provide normal students with guidelines to follow,content supply,and a practical foundation,thereby deepening the construction of clean governance culture in universities in the new era.It highlights the proactive actions of universities in moral education and promotes the healthy development of future teaching teams.To further promote the empowerment of normal students'ethics through university clean governance culture,three approaches are proposed:deeply explore the genes of integrity to adhere to the nurturing of virtue through clean thoughts;expand the carriers of empowerment,strengthen the nurturing of virtue through clean culture;and improve the safeguarding systems to promote the strengthening of virtue through clean governance systems.
