Research on the Intangible Cultural Heritage Education Path in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit
Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)education and the cultivation of the craftsman's spirit have a high degree of compatibility and unique value in vocational education. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in ICH education in vocational colleges, such as insufficient cultivation of the craftsman's spirit, lack of professional identity and sense of honor, loose integration of theory and practice, and weak awareness of innovation. It also explores the causes of these issues, including the mindset of exam-oriented education, social cognitive bias, limited educational resources, and an imperfect evaluation system.Taking vocational colleges in Guangxi as an example, this paper proposes a"five-line integration"practical strategy centered on the craftsman's spirit. It elaborates in detail on the creation of a collaborative ICH education practice base, the construction of a"four-dimensional"ICH education evaluation mechanism with the craftsman's spirit at its core, and the encouragement of innovative integration to promote the modern inheritance and development of ICH skills.
