Exploration and Practice of Teacher Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the"Double High Plan"——Taking Liuzhou Polytechnic University as an Example
With the rapid development of vocational education in China,vocational colleges are facing the urgent demand for building a high-quality faculty team.At present,there are many imperfections in the construction of teacher teams in higher vocational colleges,including the construction mechanism of teachers'ethics and style,talent introduction mechanism,teacher training mechanism,and teacher team construction.Against the backdrop of the national"Double High Plan",this paper deeply analyzes the problems in the construction of teacher teams and,combined with the practical experience of Liuzhou Polytechnic University,proposes a"One Heart,Three Dimensions,Five Integrations"high-quality construction paradigm for building a high-level vocational education"dual-teacher"team with Chinese characteristics.This is intended to provide practical reference and theoretical guidance for the construction of teacher teams in higher vocational colleges.
