Against the backdrop of the rapid development of vocational education,building a high-level"dual-qualified"teacher team is crucial for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of regional industrial development.This paper takes the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Liuzhou Polytechnic University as a case study to explore how to strengthen the construction of the"dual-qualified"teacher team by enhancing teachers'application of cutting-edge enterprise technology and practical combat capabilities under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the automotive and machinery industries.The college has explored and implemented effective construction mechanisms,committed to cultivating high-quality labor and skilled talents who can meet the needs of industrial development,providing a solid talent support for the continuous economic growth of the region.
