Review and Prospect of the Research on the Integration Education Mode of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"1+X"system
Although the academic community has conducted extensive and in-depth research on the"1+X"certificate system and the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate"in the context of vocational college education reform,there is still room for further exploration in applying these two models in the cultivation model of vocational colleges.Future research needs to start from the perspective of the"1+X"certificate system and deeply analyze the"post-course-competition-certificate"integrated cultivation model.This requires updating talent training programs based on market demands and designing them jointly by educational administrative departments,vocational colleges,and enterprises to build a diversified and three-dimensional innovative talent cultivation model.Through this model,vocational colleges can continuously and effectively cultivate and supply the talents needed by society.
