The innovation of ideological and political education with distinctive characteristics in the Chinese language course at vocational colleges represents a crucial aspect of higher vocational education reform,aligning with the demands of cultural construction,student development,and educational progress in the new era.This paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the advantages and current state of ideological and political education with distinctive characteristics in the Chinese language course at vocational colleges,and delves into the pathways and methodologies for comprehensive teaching reform.The study uncovers that,while the Chinese language course at vocational colleges is rich in cultural and spiritual resources and features implicit ideological and political education,challenges remain in aspects such as course positioning,teaching strategies and methodologies,and the ideological and political competencies of Chinese teachers.To address these challenges,this paper,integrating teaching processes,proposes innovative teaching strategies for the pre-class,in-class,and post-class stages,aiming to offer effective approaches for the reform of ideological and political education in the Chinese language course at vocational colleges and foster students'comprehensive development across the"Five Aspects of Education"(moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education).
