Integration and Innovation:Research on the Way of Linking Industrial Culture and Professional Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Zibo Vocational Institute as an Example
Chinese intelligence is leading a new trend of"integrating industrial culture into education,bringing industrial culture into campuses,and incorporating corporate culture into classrooms"aiming to shape vocational college graduates into the core force of emerging industries.In response to issues such as employment policy flaws,imbalanced employment structure,sharp contradictions between supply and demand as well as labor and capital,and social prejudice for vocational college graduates,this paper proposes to take the core literacy of industrial culture as the educational direction by studying the development course of industrial culture at home and abroad.It emphasizes the importance of strengthening industrial culture characteristic courses,comprehensively enhancing the industrial cultural literacy of the teaching staff,and forming an industrial culture construction team.This initiative aims to explore a new path that combines industrial culture with professional courses to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of modern industries.
