Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Rural Cultural Construction under the Concept of"Party Construction+"based on Field Investigation in C Village in Liuzhou City
This paper conducts a field investigation in C Village in Liuzhou City,and finds that it has a profound foundation of Caidiao culture and has achieved certain accomplishments in cultural construction.However,it still faces issues such as incomplete intangible cultural heritage(ICH)tourism industry chains,aging of heritage inheritors,singular cultural positions,and insufficient funding.The Grassroots Party Organization,as the core force driving the development of various rural undertakings,plays an important role in thought leadership,organizational assurance,and systemic support for the high-quality development of rural cultural affairs and industries.To overcome current challenges,rural cultural construction should focus on strategies such as"Party building+rural civilization,""Party building+ICH tourism,""Party building+talent support,"and"Party building+cultural positions."
