摘要
文章基于对农村电商人才培养存在问题的分析,在市域产教联合体视域下研究构建农村电商人才培养的机制体系,主要包括有效组织多元主体,构建人才培养组织机制;集聚产业和教育资源,构建人才培养聚集机制;推动多元主体协同育人,构建人才培养共育机制;为产业发展提供优质服务,构建人才培养服务机制;持续优化保障条件,构建人才培养优化机制,从而为农村电商的可持续发展提供稳定且高质量的人才支撑.
Abstract
This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of rural e-commerce talent and explores the construction of a talent cultivation mechanism system for rural e-commerce within the framework of the municipal industry-education consortium.The system covers five main aspects:effectively integrating multiple stakeholders to establish an organizational mechanism for talent cultivation;pooling industry and educational resources to form an aggregation mechanism for talent cultivation;promoting collaborative education among multiple stakeholders to build a co-education mechanism for talent cultivation;providing high-quality services for industrial development to establish a service mechanism for talent cultivation;and continuously optimizing support conditions to form an optimization mechanism for talent cultivation.The establishment of these mechanisms aims to provide a stable and high-quality talent support for the sustainable development of rural e-commerce.
