Study on the School-enterprise Culture Construction Mode of the Industrial College from the Perspective of Culture Education
Industrial colleges are the cutting-edge practice form of the industry-education integration strategy of higher vocational colleges, and their core mission is to educate students.Faced with the dual dilemma of students'problem behavior challenges and talent training shortcomings, industrial colleges need to explore in depth.Among which,a feasible path is to take the construction of school-enterprise culture as a starting point, find the cultural core of industrial colleges, and give play to the cultural education function. The key lies in building a school-enterprise culture construction model of"one body, three wings, and four modules":taking industrial colleges as the organization of cultural construction, linking the three stakeholders of enterprises, schools, and students, and integrating the four content modules of spiritual culture, institutional culture, material culture, and behavioral culture.According to students'sensitivity to culture,a"three-step"progressive strategy is adopted to implement this model, which is to increase cultural attention, deepen cultural understanding, and achieve cultural identity. The ultimate goal is to more accurately cultivate talents needed by enterprises to achieve a win-win situation for students, enterprises, and schools.
