A Study on the Pathways for Enhancing Data Literacy among Public Basic Course Teachers in Vocational Colleges during Digital Transformation
In response to the challenges faced by public foundation course teachers in vocational colleges in enhancing their data literacy,this paper proposes innovative solutions.Firstly,data-driven personalized training is implemented to strengthen teachers'data awareness and application capabilities.Secondly,a data-enabled training platform is constructed to optimize resource allocation and improve teachers'abilities to acquire and utilize data,thereby promoting the digital transformation of education.Furthermore,emerging technologies are used to create blended teaching scenarios that deepen teachers'data application and enhance teaching effectiveness.At the same time,big data technology is employed to accurately depict teachers'digital portraits,providing a scientific basis for personalized development and promoting the construction of a high-quality teaching workforce.Finally,a multi-dimensional evaluation system and incentive mechanism are established,with an emphasis on data ethics and privacy protection to comprehensively improve teachers'professional literacy.
