To address the scarcity of informatized ideological and political teaching resources that teachers face in the implementation of online and offline blended teaching,the construction of a course-based ideological and political teaching resource library has become an effective measure.By adopting a construction approach that involves classification,refinement,and integration,a top-down design of the framework system for the course-based ideological and political resource library is created.At the same time,a combination of point and line methods is used to deeply explore the materials of the ideological and political resource library,and a sound mechanism is established to promote the continuous development of the resource library,thereby enhancing the educational effectiveness of course-based ideological and political education for the information technology course.
