From the perspective of the integration of industry and education,this paper addresses issues such as inadequate safety management,low level of informatization,and inflexible management mechanisms in the laboratory management of vocational colleges.Strategies and methods proposed include establishing a scientific and flexible laboratory management mechanism,developing a professional management talent training system,enhancing the level and efficiency of informatized management,and strengthening the integration and utilization of social resources.These measures aim to promote the scientification,standardization,and efficiency of laboratory management in vocational colleges,thereby improving the quality of education and talent cultivation.
