Research on the Function Mechanism and Promotion Path of the Integration of Production and Education Ecosystem of Vocational Education——Empirical Analysis based on Structural Equation Model
The integration of production and education is the key way to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.The development of the integration of production and education in vocational education needs to consider the interaction and influence of multiple factors,as well as the collaborative processing of the interaction between various factors.Ecosystem theory provides a research idea for this.Combining with the concept of the integration of production and education ecosystem,this paper theoretically hypothesizes the interaction of multiple elements of the integration of production and education ecosystem,and verifies the positive mechanism of demand mechanism,supply mechanism,driving mechanism,competition and cooperation mechanism and operation and maintenance mechanism on the development niche of the integration of production and education by using structural equation model.Further,based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding promotion path of the integration of production and education ecosystem.
