An Exploration of the Construction Path of"One-Stop"Student Communities in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Self-Identity Theory
The theory of self-identity development focuses on students'self-goals in their development, deeply analyzes the factors influencing their development, and explores the internal motivations driving their progress.Applying this theoretical framework to examine the current situation of"one-stop"student communities in colleges and universities, this paper identifies several prevalent issues, including unclear self-development goals among students,a lack of sense of identity, limited development pathways, and a mismatch between community service offerings and students'actual needs. To address these challenges,it is necessary to guide students in valuing the development of their self-identity and closely integrate it with community building. This approach should encourage students to clarify their development goals, pool their developmental strengths, and broaden their practical development pathways.
