From the perspective of intertextuality,an attempt is made to construct a TQA(transla-tion quality assessment)model targeted at business texts, with CSR(corporate social responsibility)re-ports as an example. It is found that there exists an"intertextual network"in the monolingual context, which covers three dimensions,namely,self-intertextuality,discoursal intertextuality and cultural inter-textuality.In the context of translation, intertextuality is an"intertextual dumbbell"consisting of the ST's and the TT's respective intertextual network linked by the strong intertextual relationship be-tween them.Furthermore,an operation mechanism of intertextual TQA including the three stages of i-dentification,evaluation and modification is proposed. In terms of the parameter system, textual features of CSR reports taken into account, cohesive conjunctions&adverbs,STTR(standardized type/token ra-tio)and parallelisms are set as the three parameters along the self-intertextual dimension.References, conventional expressions,allusions,parodies,parts&sub-parts,moves&steps,keywords,picture cap-tions and news&case headings as well as comment adjectives&adverbs are set as the nine parameters along the discoursal intertextual dimension. As for the cultural intertextual dimension, the only parame-ter is culture-loaded resources. With the assistance of corpus technology, the operability of this operation mechanism and parameter system is also discussed.
