Study on Strategies for Improving College Students'Intercultural Communicative Competence in the Context of Globalization
With the development of world economic integration,the educational and cultural exchan-ges of countries in the world are becoming increasingly close,and cross-cultural communication activities are carried out frequently.The background of globalization puts forward new requirements for contem-porary college students.College students should have good language communication skills,understand the cultural differences of different countries,and have certain international competitiveness to achieve successful cross-cultural communication.However,traditional educational concepts,teaching evalua-tion,teaching methods and many other factors from schools,teachers,students and families affect the cultivation of students'intercultural communicative competence,so most college students'intercultural communicative competence is generally not high.In this regard,a specific analysis is carried out to find out the causes of the problems,to explore optimization measures,and to put forward effective ways to cultivate cross-cultural communication competence,which will help to promote the overall improvement of students'language application competence.It will also help them to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by globalization,to promote the research and practice of cross-cultural communica-tion,to provide a more perfect training environment for college students,and to provide reference for college education reform.
