Case teaching is the main method of legal practice teaching.Traditional case teaching has significant advantages,but it also faces some challenges.We should innovate the teaching of legal cases.On the one hand,legal education should utilize the knowledge resources of Law and Social Sciences,ex-pand the scope of application of legal case teaching,and promote the cultivation of legal talents.On the other hand,we should face up to the new changes by computers,the Internet,artificial intelligence,in-formation technology,etc.,and explore new teaching models by using＂Internet Big Data＂and digital case base.
