摘要
研究生国际化能力培养是高校创建世界一流大学、一流学科的重要内容,也是一个高校人才培养能力的集中体现.在"双一流"建设背景下,广西高校研究生国际化能力培养进入高速发展期,国际化规模逐年扩大,课程国际化建设不断完善,国际交流与合作持续深化,但在研究生意识、培养目标、国际化方式、课程体系和国际交流与合作等方面仍存在一些不足.基于此,文章提出增强研究生国际化意识、明确国际化人才培养目标、构建多样化国际化方式、建立国际化课程体系、加强国际交流与合作深度等优化策略,以提高广西高校研究生国际化能力培养水平.
Abstract
The cultivation of graduate student's internationalization ability is an important part of cre-ating world-class universities and disciplines in universities,and it is also a concentrated reflection of the talent cultivation ability of universities.Against the backdrop of the"Double First Class"construction,the internationalization ability training of graduate students in Guangxi universities has entered a period of rapid development,with the internationalization scale expanding year by year,the internationalization construction of courses continuously improving,and international exchanges and cooperation deepening.However,there are still some shortcomings in graduate awareness,training objectives,internationaliza-tion methods,curriculum system,and international exchanges and cooperation.Based on this,the arti-cle proposes optimization strategies such as enhancing the internationalization awareness of graduate students,clarifying the goals of international talent cultivation,constructing diversified internationaliza-tion methods,establishing an international curriculum system,and strengthening the depth of interna-tional exchange and cooperation,in order to improve the level of internationalization ability training for graduate students in Guangxi universities.
