A New Exploration of Educational Management Issues in the Reform of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education with Professional Education in Chinese Language and Literature Majors
Faced with the strong demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in contemporary society,there are still many deficiencies in the educational management of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education within universities and even majors,and its reform is urgent.The educational management reform that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education first needs to clarify management objectives,that is,to effectively integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education management into the entire process of professional education,so that entrepreneurship education and professional education can reasonably complement,coexist,create together,and achieve a win-win situation.The specific ways include:improving the process management in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional ed-ucation,strengthening the practical management of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher training,improving the quality management of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms,and conduc-ting evaluation and management of innovation and entrepreneurship performance and reward systems.
