Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of the Big Ideological and Political Lessons of British and American Literature in Colleges and Universities in Guizhou Province
In recent years,the construction of the big ideological and political course of British and American Literature in colleges and universities in Guizhou has made gratifying achievements,but there are still four major problems:insufficient innovation of teaching methods and means,limitations of teachers and teaching resources,insufficient cognition of students on the ideological and political educa-tion of British and American literature,and imperfect evaluation system of the construction of the big i-deological and political course.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward the suggestions that we should strengthen the innovation of teaching methods and means;Strengthen the construction of teach-ers and expand teaching resources;Enhance students'understanding of British and American literature i-deological and political education;Improve the evaluation system of the construction of the big ideolog-ical and political courses.Through the measures above,we can effectively correct the main problems existing in this field in Guizhou colleges and universities,and inject new vitality into the construction of big ideological and political courses for English majors.
