Research on Improving Students'Emotional Management Ability Based on Multi-dimensional Strategy
Students'emotional management ability is related to students'physical and mental health.The improvement of students'emotional management ability needs to adopt strategies from multiple as-pects such as family,school,community and students themselves.Families need to strengthen family communication,establish stable family rules,encourage students to identify and express emotions,cre-ate a positive learning environment,guardians to participate in the process of education and so on.Schools need to integrate affective education curriculum,adopt interactive teaching,establish positive teacher-student relationship and support system,improve students'self-awareness and mental health,strengthen home-school cooperation and continuous improvement,and establish the evaluation method of affective education effect.Home,school,community,government and non-governmental organiza-tions need to work together to build a social support system to cultivate students'emotional management ability.Students themselves need to cultivate their own self-regulation ability.
