数字化转型是推动高校思想政治教育创新发展的必然要求、是推进高校思想政治教育提质增效的必由之路、是培育高校思想政治教育时代新人的重要保障.然而,高校思想政治教育数字化转型过程中面临着现实难题,如高校思想政治教育数字化转型风险难控,面临"不敢转"难题、高校思想政治教育数字化转型能力不足,遭遇"不会转"困境以及高校思想政治教育数字化转型组织架构不合理,陷入"不能转"沼泥.因此,要解决这些难题,就应增强"转意识",将其视为数字化转型的首要任务;其次,提升"转能力"是实现转型的关键环节;最后,优化"转组织"结构则是确保转型成功的重要保障,从而实现高校思想政治教育的高质量发展.
Practical Problems and Optimization Path of Digital Transformation of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities
The digital transformation of ideological and political education in universities is a crucial necessity for fostering innovative progress in this domain.It serves as a vital pathway for enhancing the quality and efficiency of educational practices and is essential for nurturing new talent in the current landscape of ideological and political education.Despite its importance,the transition to digital methodol-ogies presents several significant challenges.Institutions often struggle with effectively managing the risks that accompany this transformation,leading to a pervasive reluctance to initiate change—commonly referred to as the"not daring to transform"issue.Moreover,many universities face limitations in their capacity to implement digital strategies,which results in the"not being able to transform"dilemma.Ad-ditionally,existing organizational structures frequently lack coherence,trapping institutions in a cycle of stagnation characterized by"not being able to transform."To address these challenges effectively,it is es-sential to first cultivate a strong awareness of the need for transformation,positioning it as a primary ob-jective in the digital transition process.Next,enhancing the capabilities necessary for successful transfor-mation is a critical step.Finally,refining the organizational framework related to the transformation is vi-tal for ensuring its overall success.By adopting these strategies,universities can significantly improve the quality of their ideological and political education.
