Exploration of the"Culture+"Innovative and Practical Ability Training Mode for Majors in Chinese Language and Culture——An Example of a University in Guangdong
With the diversification of the society's demand for talents and the deepening of higher ed-ucation reform,the talent training mode has been continuously reformed and innovated.In order to meet the needs of social development and solve the shortcomings of the traditional talent training mode for Majors in Chinese Language and Culture,this study explores the implementation path of training inter-national talents in Chinese language and culture,combined with the case of the Chinese Excellent Tradi-tional Cultural Inheritance and Development Project in the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture in a university in Guangdong,and creates a"12345"five-dimensional integrated training mode,which is committed to the cultivation of the innovative and practical ability of Majors in Chinese Language and Culture from five aspects:goal setting,value orientation,practice platform,training plan and tutor team.
