城市经济学在课程思政改革中虽然取得一定成果,但是仍存在课程定位不够清晰、课程思政元素不足和课程教学方式单一等问题.鉴于此,文章将 OBE 教育理念引入城市经济学课程思政改革中,并针对"培养什么人、怎么培养人和为谁培养人"这一关键问题,从教育目标、教学设计、教学资源、课程评价四个方面,设计使该专业教育和思政教育相融合的框架体系,即聚焦预期产出、构建讲授体系、提炼典型素材、评估学习成果.
Discussion on Civics Teaching in Urban Economics Course under OBE Concept
Although urban economics has achieved certain results in the reform of course ideology and politics,there are still problems such as lack of clear course orientation,insufficient elements of course ideology and politics,and single teaching method.In view of this,this paper introduces the con-cept of OBE education into the reform of Civic and Political Education in Urban Economics Program,and designs a framework system for the integration of professional education and Civic and Political Edu-cation in four aspects,namely,educational objectives,teaching design,teaching resources,and course evaluation,with respect to the key issue of"what people to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for whom to cultivate people".That is,focusing on the expected output,constructing the teaching system,refining the typical materials,and evaluating the learning outcomes.
