As the responsible entities stipulated by the"Patriotic Education Law of the People's Re-public of China,"higher,secondary,and primary schools bear the important mission of exploring and ad-vancing the integration of patriotic education.Based on the commonalities and differences in patriotic ed-ucation at each stage of higher,secondary,and primary schools,to further promote the integration of pa-triotic education,it is necessary to seek unity amidst diversity while respecting the differences and com-monalities of each stage.This involves a unified approach to understanding the common environment and individual needs of the educated at each stage,achieving a longitudinal progression and horizontal inte-gration of educational content across stages and a unified planning of institutional construction and legal safeguards at each stage to realize the goal of an optimized system for integrated patriotic education.
