摘要

现代学徒制作为职业教育的一种创新模式,通过学校与企业之间的紧密合作,促进了教育与产业的深度融合.在机电一体化技术领域,这种合作模式尤为迫切,旨在提升学生的专业技能和职业道德,为企业培养高素质的技术人才,并推动地方经济发展.

Abstract

Modern apprenticeship,serving as an innovative model of vocational education,facilitates deep integration between education and industry through close cooperation between schools and enterpri-ses.In the field of Mechatronics Technology,this cooperation model is particularly urgent,aiming to enhance students'professional skills and work ethics,cultivate high-quality technical talents for enterpri-ses,and boost local economic development.
