A Study on Job Satisfaction and its Influencing Factors of Takeaway Riders Based on Regularized Structural Equation Model——Taking Fujian Province as an Example
The takeaway rider is a new profession derived from the Internet economic system, and its labor occupation status has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.A survey was conducted on takeaway riders from four cities in Fujian Province as the research object.A total of 426 valid questionnaires were collected through offline questionnaire surveys, with a focus on examining the relationship between takeaway riders'job satisfaction and influencing factors including salary, occupational safety, work interpersonal relationship, work intensity, occupational rights protection, career development prospects.Theoretical hypotheses were proposed, and a regularized structural equation model for job satisfaction was constructed.Empirical research has found that salary, occupational safety, work interpersonal relationships, work intensity, and career development prospects all have a positive impact on the job satisfaction, which is in line with theoretical expectations. However, occupational rights protection has a failed impact on the job satisfaction, which is inconsistent with theoretical expectations, indicating that takeaway riders have weak legal awareness and ignore the impact of occupational rights protection on their own work. This article explains possible reasons from the perspectives of riders themselves, corporate systems, and policy regulation, and proposes targeted suggestions based on this.
