The Effect of Peer Aggression on Adolescent Cyberbullying:the Mediating Role of Sense of Control and Anger Regurgitation
Based on the General Strain Theory,Social Interaction Theory,and General Aggression Model,a study was conducted on 2383 adolescents aged 15-19 using the Multidimensional Peer Victimization Scale,Control Perception Scale,Anger Rumination Scale,and Cyberbullying Behavior Scale.The aim was to investigate the impact of peer victimization on adolescents'cyberbullying behavior,as well as the mediating roles of perceived control and anger rumination in the relationship between peer victimization and cyberbullying behavior.Based on the research findings,it can be concluded that peer victimization not only directly influences cyberbullying behavior but also indirectly affects it through perceived control and anger rumination.
