With the advent of the era of intellectual media,the methods and avenues of cultural communication have undergone profound changes.As a multi-ethnic community,Heilongjiang River Basin has profound cultural culture and great significance for inheritance and dissemination.This paper aims to discuss the implementation strategies of the micro-communication characteristics of micro-communication such as"focusing on micro-circle"and"innovating micro-content"by analyzing the problems of micro-communication of ethnic minority culture in Heilongjiang Basin,in order to promote the effective communication and innovative development of ethnic minority culture in Heilongjiang Basin.
