学校氛围对中职生幸福感的影响:积极心理品质的中介效应

采用学校氛围问卷、幸福指数量表、中国中小学生积极心理品质量表对 1 427 名中职生进行测试,以探索学校氛围对中职生幸福感的影响以及积极心理品质的中介作用.结果显示,学校氛围、积极心理品质、幸福感彼此之间均呈显著正相关;积极心理品质在学校氛围与中职生幸福感之间起部分中介作用.以此得出,学校氛围一方面直接影响中职生幸福感,一方面通过积极心理品质间接影响中职生幸福感.
School Climate to Secondary Vocational Students'Well-being:The Mediating Role of Positive Mental Characters
To explore the influence of school climate on secondary vocational students'well-being and the mediating role of positive mental char-acters,a total of 1427 secondary vocational students were tested with the School Climate Scale,the PERMA-Profiler scale and the Positive Mental Characters Scale for Chinese School Students.The results show that school climate,positive mental characters and well-being were significantly posi-tively correlated.Positive mental characters played a partial mediating role in school climate and well-being.So we can conclude that school climate affects secondary vocational students'well-being directly as well as through positive mental characters.
