School Climate to Secondary Vocational Students'Well-being:The Mediating Role of Positive Mental Characters
To explore the influence of school climate on secondary vocational students'well-being and the mediating role of positive mental char-acters,a total of 1427 secondary vocational students were tested with the School Climate Scale,the PERMA-Profiler scale and the Positive Mental Characters Scale for Chinese School Students.The results show that school climate,positive mental characters and well-being were significantly posi-tively correlated.Positive mental characters played a partial mediating role in school climate and well-being.So we can conclude that school climate affects secondary vocational students'well-being directly as well as through positive mental characters.
