In order to meet the comfort of daily life of female bedridden patients,questionnaires were designed and distributed to current bedridden patients from three dimensions:ease of putting on and taking off clothing,ease of nursing and comfort of wearing.According to the results of the questionnaire,a female functional bedridden gown with a symmetrical two-piece detachable structure was designed.It realizes the fast wearing and taking off of the women's work bed gown and the convenience of nursing.Combined with subjective evaluation experiment and objective clothing pressure simulation experiment,the workability of the modified gown was analyzed.The results show that the structural design and comfort of the modified gown for the front chest,buttock and crotch were more in line with the functional needs of bedridden patients than that of ordinary gowns.Moreover,the clothing pressure of the modified gown was within the comfortable range,which could provide reference for improving the functional design of bedridden gowns.
