基于数字技术工具比较的复杂结构女装设计

随着社会发展,服装制造业向多品种、小批量、快反应的生产模式转变,设计师在服装款式上创新的同时不可避免地会增加款式的复杂程度.现针对复杂结构女装在生产环节中制版困难和效率低下的问题,采用服装CAD数字化设计与三维可视化设计相结合的方法,基于数字技术探讨复杂结构女装制版方式的可行性并进行设计流程效率分析.实验结果表明,对于复杂结构女装,三维可视化制版方式优于现有传统制版方式,该数字化设计方案在优化设计流程的同时提高了设计效率,具有可行性,对服装企业具有一定借鉴意义.
Design of women's wear with complex structure based on digital technology tool comparison
With the development of society,the clothing manufacturing industry has shifted to a multi-variety,small-batch,quick-response production model,and designers will inevitably increase the complexity of styles while innovating in clothing styles.Taking women's wear with complex structure as an example,aiming at the problems of plate-making difficulties and low efficiency in the production process of women's wear with complex structure,the method of combining clothing CAD digital design and 3D visual design was adopted to discuss the feasibility of plate-making method of women's wear with complex structure based on digital technology and the efficiency of design process was analyzed.Experimental results show that for women's wear with complex structure,the design process is as follows:the three-dimensional visual plate-making method is superior to the existing traditional plate-making method.The digital design scheme optimizes the design process and improves the efficiency,which is feasible and provides certain reference significance for clothing enterprises.
