抗菌保暖羊绒立体肌理针织面料的开发

为了丰富织物的类型和提升织物性能,采用羊绒纱线为主要原料,辅以抗菌锦纶高弹丝和涤纶低弹丝,通过立体化织物组织设计,在纬编针织电脑圆机上成功开发出了 2 种具有立体肌理的针织面料,测试了针织面料的保暖性能和抗菌性能.结果表明:开发的针织面料具有挺括的表面质感、凹凸分明的肌理和褶皱效果,同时兼具舒适的弹性和柔软的触感以及一定的抗菌性,适用于多种秋冬季节的衣物,可通过改变织针排列和纱线颜色变化设计不同风格的针织面料,为功能性纺织品的开发提供了新的思路和方法.
Development of antibacterial and warm cashmere three-dimensional texture knitted fabric
In order to enrich the types of fabrics and improve the performance of fabrics,two kinds of knitted fabrics with three-dimensional texture were developed by weft knitting computer circular machine using cashmere yarn as the main raw material,antibacterial nylon high elastic yarn and polyester low elastic yarn as auxiliary materials.The thermal and antibacterial properties of the two knitted fabrics were tested.The results show that the developed knitted fabric has crisp surface texture,concave and convex texture and wrinkled effect.And it is flexible,soft and antibacterial,suitable for a variety of autumn and winter clothing.Different styles of knitted fabrics can be designed by changing needle arrangement and yarn color.This study provides a new idea and method for the development of functional textiles.
