Medium temperature one-bath dyeing process for nylon and cotton fabrics
For nylon and cotton fabrics dyed in two baths at high temperatures, nylon and cotton fabrics were dyed at medium temperature in the same dyeing solution using the Aikesente series of reactive dyes.Firstly, the effects of acetic acid, sodium carbonate and anhydrous dosage on the K/S values of nylon and cotton fabrics were investigated.Next, the optimal dyeing temperature and holding time for the K/S values of nylon and cotton fabrics was investigated. Finally, the dyeing and lifting force curves of nylon and cotton fabrics using the optimal dyeing process were explored. The results show that with the dye concentration of 0.5%(owf),the dyeing temperature of 60℃and the anhydrous dosage of 20 g/L,when the acetic acid dosage was 0%(owf),the sodium carbonate dosage was 6 g/L and the holding time was 60 min,the K/S of nylon and cotton fabrics dyed with red RL-GR was close. When the acetic acid dosage was 0.08%(owf),the sodium carbonate dosage was 4.5 g/L and the holding time was 50 min,the K/S of nylon and cotton fabrics dyed with yellow RL-GR was close. When the acetic acid dosage was 0.05%(owf),the sodium carbonate dosage was 1.6 g/L and the holding time was 50 min,the K/S of nylon and cotton fabrics dyed with blue RL-GR was close.
